Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Azure DevOps to lead the delivery of software development and DevOps transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native application delivery. The role requires close collaboration with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for Azure DevOps and cloud-based application development initiatives.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps Engineers to define project deliverables.
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning.
- Track project progress,



identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive release planning and coordinate deployment activities across multiple environments.
- Monitor project KPIs, sprint velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
- Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, RAID logs, and stakeholder presentations.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Manage project financials, resource planning, vendor coordination, and change management.
- Promote continuous improvement and DevOps culture across teams.
