Job Title: Customer Support Executive FinTech Banking (Semi-Voice)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through both voice calls and email/chat.

Assist customers with banking and financial services such as account information, payments, transactions, and card-related issues.

Resolve customer concerns professionally within defined timelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow company policies, compliance, and data security guidelines.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is an advantage.

Solid problem-solving and customer service skills.





Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.

Eligibility:

Graduate or undergraduate

Min 1year experience

Good communication skills are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in BPO, customer support, or banking processes.

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Salary Range (India):

Only Experienced: Salary Up to 6 LPA (depending on skills, company, and location)
