Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial planning and analysis. The role involves managing accounting functions, audits, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations
- Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Handle audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance
- Lead and mentor the finance team
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
