This is a full-time on-site role based in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari. Additionally

- Build and maintain relationships with IT, Core, Analytics & Product companies
- Drive campus recruitment, internships & PPO programs
- Plan and execute placement training, assessments & bootcamps
- Track student performance across coding, aptitude & domain skills
- Represent the college in corporate & industry forums

Qualifications

- Experience in Training and delivering educational or professional development sessions.




- Strong skills in Career Counseling to guide students toward suitable career paths.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and events.
- Preferred experience in educational institutions or career development organizations.
- Master or Ph.D degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
