Role Responsibilities

- Build and nurture vibrant, self-sustaining user communities across Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and niche platforms tailoring tone, cadence, and engagement strategies per audience.
- Design and execute community campaigns (AMAs, challenges, onboarding flows) that boost retention, UGC, and product stickiness.
- Moderate conversations, resolve conflicts, and enforce guidelines while keeping the vibe positive, inclusive, and on-brand.
- Partner with Product Marketing to surface user feedback, identify pain points, and influence roadmap decisions based on community sentiment.




- Track KPIs (DAU/MAU, engagement rate, CSAT, NPS) and report insights to leadership with actionable recommendations.
- Create scalable onboarding playbooks, FAQ templates, and moderation SOPs to empower new community members and reduce support load.
