- Conduct field and desk investigations for loan applicants.
- Verify customer credentials including residence, business, income, and documentation.
- Identify and flag fraudulent/suspicious cases.
- Liaise with credit, sales, and operations teams for case validation.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Maintain defined TAT and ensure timely case closures.
- Support fraud prevention and risk control initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in NBFC or Banking sector.
- Hands-on experience in Micro LAP / LAP / Home Loans is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Valuable communication and report-writing ability.
- Open to field travel.
