Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT full time / intern roles

- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to hire top talent

- Review background check reports for candidates in the offer stage

- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

- Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates

- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

- Handling database of the candidate

Requirements:

- Bachelor s/Master s in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- Prior experience at least 2+ years in recruitment with at least experience of closing 20 IT positions

- Should be an expert in Manpower Planning and robust hands-on job portals





- Strong organisational and communication skills

- High integrity and reliability; keen judgement and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, exposure to popular meeting tools and application tracking systems

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
