Key Responsibilities:Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats.Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Maintain robust follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.Handle objections, resolve queries,



and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
