key Responsibility

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Connect with prospects via calls, product demos, and presentations
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools




- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve lead conversion rates
- Conduct timely and persistent follow-ups to close deals efficiently

- 1-5 years of experience in EdTech / SaaS / Digital Services sales

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments is preferred

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

- Comfortable with high-volume calling and quick sales cycles

- Strong self-motivation, resilience, and competitive mindset
