Role & responsibilities

. Training Delivery & Facilitation

- Conduct induction and on-the-job training for recent hires across bakery stores.
- Deliver refresher training sessions on product knowledge, hygiene, and service protocols.
- Coach store staff and supervisors on customer engagement and upselling skills.
- Ensure training is interactive, practical, and aligned with the brands premium positioning.

2. Operational & Product Excellence

- Train teams on presentation & display standards.
- Reinforce compliance with FOSTAC, and company food safety and hygiene guidelines.

3. Performance Monitoring

- Observe and evaluate staff performance post-training; provide feedback and retraining as needed.
- Track training completion, skill certification, and performance impact at store level.
- Share training effectiveness reports with Operations teams.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with Regional & Area Managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.

Support the rollout of new product launches, campaigns, and process updates through training.
