About the Job

As a Technical Architect Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM), you will lead the architecture and technical direction of our next-generation endpoint management platform. You will design secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions for enterprise endpoint management while collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver high-performance solutions for businesses and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

What you will be doing:

Architecture & platform design

- Define the architecture and technology roadmap for the RemotePC RMM platform.
- Design secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions for endpoint management.
- Build core RMM capabilities, including endpoint monitoring, patch management, software deployment, automation, and compliance.
- Ensure secure communication between endpoint agents and cloud services.




- Establish architectural standards and promote engineering best practices.

Cloud platform & reliability

- Design and optimize cloud-native services for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Drive the delivery of secure, resilient, and high-performing platform services.

Technical leadership & collaboration

- Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor engineers and foster continuous technical improvement across teams.

What we expect from you:

- 10 to 15 years of professional software development and architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native SaaS applications.
- Hands-on experience with Go.
- Good understanding of Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) and endpoint management platforms.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, gRPC, Kafka or RabbitMQ, SQL/NoSQL databases, and observability tools.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, authentication, encryption, and endpoint security.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to have:

- Experience building enterprise-scale RMM,



Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), or Endpoint Management platforms.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint management.
- Experience with telemetry, monitoring, remote support, software deployment, and automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Cloud or security certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, or CCSP.
