Role & responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of architectural projects from concept through execution and completion.
- Lead client interactions, negotiations, proposal discussions, and successfully close business deals.
- Manage project teams, ensuring effective coordination and delivery.
- Oversee architectural design development, technical documentation, and project execution.
- Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, consultants, and engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Drive business development, client retention, and new project acquisition.
- Take full responsibility for project billing, collections, and closure of outstanding payments.
- Monitor project profitability, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a key decision-maker and progressively assume overall operational and commercial responsibilities of the practice.

Preferred candidate profile





- Seasoned Architecture Qualified: 1015 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and execution, with a strong portfolio of diverse and large-scale projects.
- Technical & Operational Leader: Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, construction documentation, technical coordination, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Business Development & Deal Closer: Proven ability to build client relationships, lead negotiations, secure new projects, and drive business growth.
- Commercially Astute: Hands-on experience in project billing, collections, contract management, profitability monitoring, and overall financial accountability.
- Ownership-Driven Leader: Capable of taking complete responsibility for project delivery, team management, client satisfaction, and progressively assuming overall operational and commercial control of the architecture practice.
