Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide counseling services to patients undergoing IVF treatment, addressing their concerns, questions, and emotions throughout the process.

- Conduct pre-cycle consultations with patients to educate them on IVF procedures, medications, and potential risks.

- Collaborate with fertility specialists to ensure seamless coordination of care between clinic operations and medical staff.

- Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their unique needs and medical history.

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in IVF counseling or related field (counselling).

- Strong understanding of infertility treatments, including IVF protocols and technologies.

- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in quick-paced environments.
