Role & responsibilities

Configure, customize, and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. Develop workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards while ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot system issues, integrate third-party applications, perform testing, and provide user training to enhance sales, customer service, and overall CRM performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows, and SOQL.
- Solid understanding of CRM processes, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, reports, and dashboards.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional teams.
