Job Description (Tool Room & Die Maintenance)

Position: Executive – Tool Room Experience Required: 3 to 7 years

Location: Pithampur, MP

Industry: Sheet Metal / Automotive / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Tool Room operations including tool assembly, fitting, and adjustments.
- Handle Die Maintenance for sheet metal tools, ensuring smooth production and minimal downtime.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of dies and tools.
- Troubleshoot tool-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain documentation of tool history, maintenance schedules, and breakdown reports.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure tool performance meets standards.




- Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols in tool handling and maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making.
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Tool Room & Die Maintenance (Sheet Metal).
- Robust knowledge of press tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
