Position: Project Manager
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to oversee
client accounts, coordinate internal teams, and ensure seamless execution of projects across
multiple industries.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary bridge between clients and the company, ensuring
that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and
business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate client accounts, including banquet hall chains, skincare brands, event
companies, and other agency clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
¢ Translate client objectives into actionable plans for internal teams.
¢ Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
¢ Coordinate with creative, content, design, video production, social media, and sales teams.
¢ Track team performance and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.




¢ Conduct review meetings with teams and clients.
¢ Ensure agreed KPIs and targets are achieved.
¢ Work closely with the sales team to improve performance and generate recent business
opportunities.
¢ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
¢ Improve systems and processes to increase productivity and accountability.
¢ Prepare reports, performance summaries, and client updates.
¢ Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
¢ Ensure quality standards across all deliverables.
¢ Assist in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
¢ Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative ideas.
Required Skills & Qualifications

¢ Experience in marketing, advertising, events, media, branding, or agency environments preferred.
