- Initiate project execution in collaboration with Project Engineering team and ensure effective steady state operations at the project site
- Support the Head- Execution to formulate E&I; strategy based on criticality of requirements, cost control norms and quality specifications
- Ensure alignment of E&I; work plans of the plant with project plans and to drive efficiencies in planning
- Assume overall responsibility for smooth implementation of all electrical and instrumentation equipment
- Manage technical scope with respect to site requirement and support team in monitoring ongoing project performance
- Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders including technical departments (Mechanical, Civil, Safety) and Commercial departments (Logistics, Materials, HR) to support ongoing execution related to E&I; works
- Drive usage of In-house material or Equipment on the project site to optimize costs and reduce time to availability
- Monitor & ensure adherence of project costing (against sanctioned budget) & implementation against timelines (against project schedule) and overall upkeep of the project/ plant
- Monitor timely instalment and replacement of E&I; machine parts
- Manage effective operation and maintenance of the project site in line with safety and regulation standards
- Ensure instructions about work order are translated to work plan for the contactors and internal Projects execution team
- Ensure execution on work on the ground by own team as well as contractor as per SOPs, both legally and technically
