Key Performance Area:

- Perform in-process quality inspections during rubber mixing operations in accordance with control plans and SOPs.
- Verify raw materials, batch identification, formulations, and process parameters before and during production.
- Conduct physical and visual inspections of mixed compounds as per quality standards.
- Monitor process compliance and ensure adherence to approved mixing parameters.
- Identify quality deviations, non-conformities, and process abnormalities, and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure the calibration status of measuring and testing instruments is maintained.
- Maintain IPQA records, inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and other quality documentation.
- Participate in root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
