Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with solid expertise in luxury villa construction, architectural finishing, and interior execution. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing complete villa projects from structural works through premium finishing and interior fit-outs while maintaining high quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities.
- Execute works as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, roofing, and external development works.
- Ensure high-quality execution of premium villa finishes.
- Supervise interior works including:
- False ceiling
- Modular kitchen
- Wardrobes
- Wooden flooring
- Wall cladding
- Wall panelling
- Tile and stone installation
- Painting and decorative finishes
- Doors, windows, and hardware installation

- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC,



and other MEP works with interior activities.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and work schedules.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and work quantities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues at site and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure project completion within schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements :-

Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
4 to 15 years of experience in luxury villa or residential building projects
Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, finishing, and interior execution works
Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, interior, and MEP drawings
Knowledge of construction sequencing, quality control, and finishing standards
Experience in contractor management and site coordination
Good communication, planning, and reporting skills
