Salary: 20,000 upto 30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Associate Concierge to join our growing automotive concierge team. This role involves understanding client requirements, researching and curating vehicles, communicating with clients and dealerships across the US and Canada, negotiating the best vehicle prices, monitoring insurance premiums, and managing deals through to successful closure.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to confidently handle high-value transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Call dealerships and customers daily to understand client requirements, gather vehicle information, discuss pricing, provide updates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the buying process.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options based on their preferences and budget.
- Conduct automotive market research to identify the best vehicles and market opportunities.
- Curate and regularly update vehicle listings with accurate pricing, availability, and specifications.
- Contact dealerships across the US and Canada to gather vehicle information and secure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate pricing, incentives, and offers with dealers on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealerships and industry partners.




- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email, providing regular updates and resolving queries promptly.
- Handle outbound calls confidently while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Monitor clients' insurance policies and identify opportunities to reduce premiums while maintaining the same coverage.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests and timely deal progression.
- Maintain accurate records, pricing trackers, reports, and client information using Microsoft Excel.
- Follow up consistently with dealers and clients until deals are successfully closed.
- Stay updated on automotive market trends, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Handle high-value negotiations with professionalism, confidence, and emotional balance while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of work experience in similar industry and job profile.
- Experience in the Automobile Industry, Market Research, Automotive Sales, Client Relations, or a similar field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in offshore client communication (US/Canada preferred).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to dealerships and clients on a daily basis.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and internet research.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
