We are hiring a versatile, high-energy HR Lead / HR Generalist to oversee end-to-end people operations across our organisation.

This role manages workforce operations across corporate functions (Tech, Operations, Marketing, Sales) for Travel-Tech startup, Hotel Properties, and a Marketing Agency.

If you have hands-on experience handling multi-entity teams, hospitality staff, and generalist HR ops, this is the right leadership step for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Vertical Talent Acquisition (Corporate & Ground Staff)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech developers, Marketing/Sales executives, Agency creatives, and Hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping, hotel ops).

- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, local ground networks, and vendors for high-turnover hospitality roles.

2. HR Operations, Payroll & Attendance

- Process monthly payroll, salary disbursals, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT), and taxation.
- Manage attendance tracking, leave balances, and shift rostering (specifically for hotel round-the-clock staff).
- Maintain complete documentation, offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and exit management.

Hotel & Multi-Unit Operations Support

- Act as the HR point of contact for ground teams across 2 partner hotel properties.
- Handle shift disputes, local labor regulations, ground grievances, etc

4. Employee Relations & Performance

- Conduct onboarding programs tailored separately for corporate office teams vs. hotel staff.
- Implement appraisal cycles, KPIs, performance tracking, and engagement activities across all entities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of core HR Generalist experience.
- Industry Background: Prior exposure handling hospitality/hotel staff, agencies, or multi-unit ops alongside corporate HR is strongly preferred.
- HRMS & Tools: Hands-on experience with HR software and attendance systems.
- Labor Compliance: Practical understanding of labor laws, shift management, and statutory payroll.
- Traits: Solid communication, conflict resolution skills, and ability to handle both ground-level and corporate stakeholders.Role & responsibilities
