BIM Co-Ordinator :-

Role Description

- Drive the implementation of modeling workflows and model development for their respective discipline (e.g., Architectural, Structural, MEP).
- Ensure adherence to BEP, modeling standards, and agreed LOD per design phase.
- Facilitate clash detection and resolution based on design coordination within the federated model environment.
- Monitor and review models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
- Coordinate closely with other disciplines to resolve issues and validate interface areas.

Qualifications

- Architecture/Engineering degree in the respective discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of design or construction experience.
- Experience working on BIM projects (minimum 3 projects, preferably major projects).




- Good knowledge of engineering design and Information Management Systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams, especially in collaboration and coordination to resolve design issues and clashes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team workplace.

Desirable Additional Qualifications

- Experience in implementing 4D/5D BIM, Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR).
- Experience in delivering BIM training and learning programs.
- BIM certification aligned with ISO 19650.
