Role Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MDM Developer/Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. We are looking for a Lead-level candidate with a minimum of 2+ years of dedicated MDM SaaS experience, solid Informatica MDM (on-prem) background, proven team leadership experience, and exceptional communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with both On-Premises and SaaS-based MDM platforms and possess a solid understanding of MDM architecture, configuration, and implementation best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using On-Premises and/or SaaS-based MDM platforms.
Configure and customize the MDM user interface, workflows, user roles, and security settings.
Implement and manage Match & Merge, survivorship, and data quality rules.
Develop and optimize business events, workflows, and integrations within the MDM platform.
Integrate MDM solutions with ETL/CDI tools and enterprise applications.
Perform performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of MDM implementations.
Follow MDM implementation best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and high data quality.




Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support production environments and resolve issues related to MDM applications.

Required Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with On-Premises and/or SaaS-based MDM platforms.
Strong understanding of MDM concepts, including:
Match & Merge
Survivorship Rules
Business Events
Data Stewardship
Reference Data Management
Experience in MDM UI configuration, user role management, and security configuration.
Knowledge of ETL/CDI concepts and integration with MDM solutions.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of MDM applications.
Strong understanding of MDM implementation best practices.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL.

Preferred Skills
Experience with enterprise MDM implementations.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
Knowledge of API-based integrations and cloud technologies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
