Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Migration Engineer to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in migrating SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams environments using ShareGate or similar migration tools. The role also requires hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting for automation, migration, and administration, along with post-migration support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute migrations of SharePoint Online sites, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams using ShareGate or equivalent migration tools.
- Perform pre-migration assessments, content analysis, and migration planning.
- Migrate sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and Microsoft Teams data while ensuring data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration issues related to permissions, metadata, workflows, document libraries, and Teams.
- Provide end-user support and resolve migration-related incidents.




- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for migration automation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Validate migrated content and ensure successful migration completion.
- Collaborate with Microsoft 365 administrators, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Create and maintain migration documentation, reports, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience migrating SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience using ShareGate (preferred) or other migration tools such as AvePoint Fly, Quest, or Metalogix.
- Strong PowerShell scripting experience for automation and administration.
- Positive understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online architecture, site collections, permissions, and Teams administration.
- Experience troubleshooting post-migration issues and providing user support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
