Modern Quests is a premium retailer that sells home decor, tableware, kitchenware & bathroom accessories. We sell more than 5,000 products across various home categories and have robust brand presence in online and offline retail. This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail team as we are hiring for multiple store locations in Delhi and Gurgaon.

Location:

DLF Summit Plaza (Gurgaon)

Park Drive, Sector 54, DLF Phase 5

Main Responsibilities Include:

1. Interact with walk-in customers & explain the products and their usage to drive sales

2. Provide information regarding colors, sizes & design options available for each product range

3. Ensure all collections and categories are displayed as per brand VM requirements

4.



Use POS software and payment machines to ensure transactions are handled smoothly

5. Perform inventory checks routinely to ensure stock is matching as per inventory software

Required Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales

2. Previous experience in home decor would be preferred

3. Diploma / Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a reputed university

4. Should have excellent spoken and written English

5. Strong verbal communication skills and an accommodating attitude to handle customer queries
