Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning CBT Developer to develop high-quality, interactive learning modules for corporate training and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive eLearning courses and modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Create engaging assessments, quizzes, simulations, and learner interactions.
- Integrate multimedia elements, including text, graphics, audio, video, animations, and screen recordings.
- Test courses for functionality, usability, and content accuracy, ensuring a high-quality learner experience.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and Project Managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Review, update, and maintain existing eLearning content based on project requirements.
- Ensure course compatibility with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adherence to SCORM standards.
- Deliver projects within established timelines while maintaining quality benchmarks.

- Basic understanding of eLearning principles and online learning methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge or training in Articulate Storyline 360.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic audio and video editing skills.
- Understanding of SCORM standards, LMS platforms, and eLearning publishing processes.
- Exposure to AI-powered tools for content creation, video development, and productivity enhancement.
- Basic programming knowledge, particularly JavaScript, to support advanced Storyline interactions and customization.
