Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Generate MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, banks, and internal departments.




- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Verify financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
