We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Engineer to support procurement and material management activities for HVAC projects

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, tracking purchase orders, evaluating technical specifications, and ensuring timely availability of materials for project execution

Freshers with a Mechanical Engineering background and an interest in procurement and supply chain functions are encouraged to apply

- Roles Responsibilities Assist in the procurement of HVAC equipment, materials, and project-related components

Source quotations from suppliers and compare pricing, specifications, and delivery schedules

Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders

Assist in evaluating technical specifications of HVAC materials and equipment





Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams for material requirements

Support cost analysis, budgeting, and procurement planning activities

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
