- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for defence & aerospace clients, including bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure top talent is selected for various positions within the industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (bulk hiring, defence & aerospace).
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns across multiple roles.
- Strong understanding of defence & aerospace industries' unique challenges and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients at all levels.
