Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Working Shift 6 Days & rotational

IT Support professional experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, production, or retail operations environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in desktop/laptop hardware support, thermal and network printer troubleshooting, barcode and scanner devices, Microsoft Intune/MDM administration, basic LAN/WAN support, incident management through ticketing tools, and the ability to minimize operational downtime during critical business-impacting IT issues.

Solid hands-on experience in:

- Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting
- Hardware diagnosis and replacement
- User onboarding/offboarding support
- OS installation,



imaging, and configuration
- Thermal Printers, Network Laser Printers, Label Printers, Barcode Printers
- Printer network connectivity troubleshooting/installation
- Understanding of Microsoft Intune/ MDM solutions( Device enrollment and provisioning)
- Hands-on experience with at least one ticketing platform and should be able to Log, track, and resolve incidents, Follow SLA timelines, Escalate issues appropriately, Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, Identify network connectivity problems, Perform LAN cable testing, Basic cable punching/crimping, Troubleshoot switch port and Wi-Fi issues. Coordinate with Network Team for faster resolution, Ensure minimum downtime during operational disruptions
