Plan, monitor, and execute daily production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Supervise milling operations, including wheat cleaning, conditioning, milling, blending, and packing.
Required Candidate profile
3–8 years of experience in flour milling or the food processing industry
Knowledge of flour milling processes & production planning
Understanding of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP & quality systems
