Responsibilities

- Drive and consistently achieve monthly and annual fundraising targets
- Lead fundraising activities across street campaigns, outreach programs, educational institutions, events, and one-time donation campaigns
- Identify new fundraising opportunities and improve city performance
- Plan and execute fundraising events and engagement activities
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed
- Lead and manage a team of fundraisers, team leaders, and support staff
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
- Motivate teams to achieve high productivity and quality standards
- Reduce attrition through employee engagement, recognition, and support
- Ensure campaign knowledge and fundraising skills are maintained across teams
- Ensure operational processes and compliance guidelines are followed
- Manage city-level budgets, expenses, and petty cash
- Coordinate with internal teams for supporter services, campaign communication, and training
- Maintain fundraising reports, data, and performance dashboards
- Build relationships with outreach partners, institutes,



vendors, and local authorities
- Support public engagement and media activities whenever required
- Ensure all fundraising communication aligns with organizational standards and values

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in sales, fundraising, marketing, or field operations
- Experience managing large field teams (20 30 members preferred)
- Experience in target-driven environments is mandatory
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage targets, budgets, and operations effectively
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in field-based and fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools
