Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Bangalore (Bellandur) Working Days: 5 Days a Week Experience: 24 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operations and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate communication, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment data.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely closures and a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Robust sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Excel and recruitment portals.
