We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Principal to lead our Academics at Aster MIMS Academy, located in the Healthcare/Medicine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academics and healthcare.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement academic programs to meet the needs of students and professionals in the healthcare industry.
- Lead and manage a team of faculty members to ensure high-quality education and training.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement curriculum changes.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including medical professionals and organizations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments in healthcare and medicine.





Job Requirements

- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Medicine or Allied Health.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academics or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Robust knowledge of healthcare and medicine, with a commitment to staying current with industry developments.
