About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and grow our Neo Banking business. The candidate must have strong experience in product, partnerships, channel management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage PMT and CMS business operations and growth
- Drive Recharge (Organic & Inorganic) business performance
- Handle AEPS and Agent network expansion
- Manage Insurance business including Bima Sugam and partner products
- Lead LIC and EV business initiatives
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances
- Strengthen agent ecosystem and channel engagement
- Achieve revenue, productivity, and portfolio growth targets

Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Neo Banking / Fintech / Payments
- Experience in product operations and distribution network




- Ability to manage partners, agents, and sales channels
- Robust communication and leadership skills
