Key Roles Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition Lead Generation: Proactively identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling. Sales Targets Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for products or services. Relationship Management: Maintain robust, long-term relationships with micro-business owners, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Product Presentation Guidance: Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly to prospective clients. Documentation Onboarding: Collect necessary documentation, ensure compliance with company policies, and facilitate smooth onboarding or loan disbursements. Market Analysis Reporting: Analyze sales data, track competitors, and submit daily or weekly sales reports.
