Job Description
- Preparation and circulation of daily process deviation reports for all concerned work centres.
- Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for defects identified in finished products.
- End-to-end monitoring of processes during the production of special grades and execution of trials.
- Designing and implementing trial plans for process and quality improvement initiatives.
- Identifying internal deviations and performing root cause analysis in response to customer complaints.
- Managing documentation, including preparation of trial plans, RCA reports, and updates to CTQs (Critical to Quality) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
