- Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve process efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to handle complex issues effectively.

- 0-4 years of experience in an International BPO workplace or similar industry.
