Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and administer the AD/Azure AD and Office 365
- Manage day-to-day operations and provide timely resolutions to user queries/incidents and maintain SLAs
- Implement changes to the existing configurations or implement new configurations following the change control procedures.
- Be responsible for any integrations, remediation, enhancements, upgrades, and any other projects [including migrations]
- Perform day-to-day management and administration for Office 365 and Azure AD environment
- Implement best practices to manage and administer the Office 365 environment
- Automate operational tasks using custom scripts
- Understand business requirements and map them to technical solutions through user interaction and requirement analysis
- Research, develop, and deploy solutions around Modern Workplace Technologies (Microsoft Intune family)
- Configure Device Compliance, Conditional access and endpoint protection policies, Windows Defender, Bitlocker, and Windows Hello for Business etc.
- Administering the iOS/Android/Mac OS applications in Intune MDM tool offered by Microsoft
- Develop and review concise and accurate documentation including solution designs, knowledge guides, and standard operating procedures
- Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete Intune policies
- Configuration policies like Device restrictions, Wi-Fi profile, and domain join profile etc.
- Work with technology partners (Microsoft) to understand the new features/product roadmap
- Continuously evaluate recent features and implement solutions to solve for business/technical problems.

Ability to read, write, and interpret business and technical documents

Technical Skills:

- Windows Operating System troubleshooting and maintenance
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP administration




- Azure Active Directory Application onboarding and Single Sign-On (SSO) administration
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 or 2016 or later administration
- Automation experience using PowerShell [Mandatory].

- Office 365 administration including the following services

1. Azure Active Directory b. Azure AD Connect

2. Azure AD Conditional Access Policies

3. OneDrive for Business administration

4. Advanced threat protection

5. Office 365 security and compliance

6. Microsoft Teams/OneDrive for Business administration

7. Insider Threats/Compliance Management

8. Advanced E-discovery

9. Azure Information Protection

- Intune administration including the following services

1. Mobile Device Management (MDM/MAM policies)

2. Deploying/Provisioning devices using Intune Autopilot Service

3. Configuring and Deploying Device Configuration profiles management for Windows/MAC/Mobile Devices

4. Configure Device Compliance, Conditional access and endpoint protection policies, Windows Defender, Bitlocker, and Windows Hello for Business etc.

5. Configure and Deploy LOB applications (Windows, MAC, iOS, and Android).

- Microsoft Defender for endpoint

1. Integration with Microsoft Endpoint Manager

2. Security policy configuration for Microsoft Defender Firewall, Anti-virus, and ASR policies

- Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, Change Management as per ITIL process.
