Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, approve, and certify scaffolding structures before use.
- Ensure scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling are carried out safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain scaffolding inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, IS Standards, CISRS, and project-specific safety requirements.
- Identify unsafe scaffolding conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with construction, safety, and project teams to ensure safe work execution.
- Supervise scaffolding contractors and ensure work quality.
- Verify scaffold tags, inspection status, and load capacities.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site audits.
- Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Industrial Construction Projects.




- Solid knowledge of tube & fitting, system scaffolding, suspended scaffolds, mobile towers, and access platforms.
- Thorough understanding of scaffolding safety regulations and inspection procedures.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and scaffold designs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.

Preferred Certifications:

- CISRS Scaffolding Inspector
- TUV Scaffolding Inspector
- OSHA Scaffolding Certification
- Any other recognized Scaffolding Inspection Certification
