Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Franchise Manager who will be responsible for driving school franchise sales across Uttar Pradesh while also managing the end-to-end operations of onboarded franchise schools. This is a high-impact, field-based role with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and convert school franchise leads across Uttar Pradesh
- Conduct field visits and independently close franchise deals
- Manage complete onboarding process of new franchise schools
- Oversee day-to-day operations and quality standards of franchise partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise school owners
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth school setup and launch
- Submit regular reports on leads, closures, and operational updates

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in school franchise sales mandatory,



candidates without this will not be considered
- Experience in franchise operations is a strong advantage
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
