About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Zoho Developer who can build, customize, integrate, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across the Zoho platform.
The Zoho Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Zoho applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong Deluge scripting skills and hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, Zoho Forms, and Zoho APIs.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop applications using Zoho Creator.
- Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, functions, and automation.
- Develop Deluge scripts for business process automation.
- Build integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using REST APIs.
- Develop and maintain Zoho Flow integrations.
- Customize Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho Forms, Zoho Sign, Zoho People, and other Zoho applications.
- Design approval workflows and business process automation.
- Develop dashboards, reports, analytics, and KPIs.




- Build customer portals and internal business applications using Zoho Creator.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Document technical solutions and maintain development standards.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.
- Ensure application security, role-based access, and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development.
- Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Zoho Creator.
- Strong expertise in Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Zoho CRM customization.
- Experience with Zoho Books customization.
- Experience in Zoho Flow.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON/XML.
- Experience integrating payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, SMS gateways, Email APIs, or third-party applications.
- Valuable understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.
