About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in modern SEO and a working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate must have proven SEO success stories and be able to demonstrate measurable improvements in rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities SEO & GEO
- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO strategies.
- Optimize websites for AI-powered search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
- Implement Schema Markup, Entity SEO, content clusters, and topical authority strategies.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and improve Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and indexing.
- Build high-quality backlinks using white-hat SEO practices.
- Continuously monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies.
- Deliver measurable improvements in organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and AI search visibility.
Local SEO
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP/GMB).
- Improve local rankings, map visibility, citations, reviews, and NAP consistency.
Google & Meta Ads
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Improve campaign performance through keyword optimization, audience targeting,
and A/B testing.
- Support lead generation while maintaining strong CPL and ROAS.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Track KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local SEO, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Good working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Schema Markup, Entity SEO, AI Search Optimization, and Topical Authority.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website structure.
- Must have proven SEO case studies/results demonstrating significant improvements in rankings, organic traffic, leads, or revenue.
Preferred
- Google Ads and GA4 certifications.
- Experience working with B2B lead generation websites.
- Familiarity with WordPress and CRO best practices.
