We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Medical Officer (BHMS) to provide quality patient care, assist in clinical management, and support emergency and inpatient services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, treatment, medical documentation, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols, NABH standards, and patient safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, examine, and manage patients in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Provide initial medical treatment and stabilize emergency patients under the guidance of senior clinicians.
- Monitor admitted patients and maintain accurate documentation of clinical progress.
- Assist consultants during patient management, examinations, and clinical procedures.
- Prescribe medications and recommend investigations as per hospital guidelines and the scope of practice.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records, case sheets, and medical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and patient safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, code calls, and critical care situations.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Medical Superintendent or Hospital Administration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Medical Council Registration is mandatory.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and/or ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is preferred.

- 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
