- Lead service operations for ESP & Bag Filter installations
• Drive preventive maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdown support
• Ensure emission compliance and performance optimization
• Manage service engineers, commissioning teams & regional service partners
• Own service revenue, AMC contracts, spares, and cost control
• Handle key customer escalation and long-term service strategy
• Establish SOPs, safety practices, and service KPIs
Preferred candidate profile
Experience In ESP/Bag filter/ Wet scrubber
