Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Create brochures, flyers, banners, standees, posters, presentations, newsletters, and other print and digital marketing collateral.
- Develop branding assets while maintaining consistency with Chandigarh University's brand guidelines.
- Design creatives for admissions campaigns, university events, academic departments, and institutional branding.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, Digital Media, and Content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Create visually engaging infographics, illustrations, icons, and presentation designs.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve design quality and workflow efficiency.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

2. Brand Management & Creative Collaboration

- Ensure consistency in typography, color palette, layouts, and branding across all communication platforms.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, branding strategies, and AI-assisted design technologies.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of skilled experience in Graphic Designing.
- Experience in the Education, Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency industry will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, print designs, and digital marketing projects.
