We are seeking an experienced Siebel Solution Architect to design, architect, and lead end-to-end Siebel CRM implementations. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across Siebel configuration, integration, and performance.

Experience

- 8 15 years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Siebel CRM
- Proven experience as a Technical / Solution Architect on large Siebel implementations or upgrades
- Strong exposure to Siebel Open UI, integrations, and performance tuning
- Experience in leading technical teams and client-facing discussions

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Oracle Siebel certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
- Robust understanding of enterprise CRM architecture

- Siebel Configuration (Business Components, Applets, Views, Workflows)
- Siebel Open UI (PM/PR, JavaScript, CSS)
- Siebel EAI / EIM

- Unix/Linux,



Shell scripting
- Oracle / DB2 / SQL Server databases

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)

- Siebel Migration, Upgrade & Cloud readiness
- CI/CD pipelines for Siebel
- CRM domain knowledge (Telecom, BFSI, Public Sector, etc.)
- Agile / Scrum delivery experience
- Knowledge of CRM alternatives (Salesforce, Dynamics) for comparison or migration projects

Key Responsibilities

- Design and own end-to-end Siebel technical architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable Siebel solutions
- Lead development teams and conduct design/code reviews
- Define integration strategies and data flows
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability best practices
- Act as a technical SPOC for stakeholders and clients
- Support production issues and continuous improvements
