About the Role

- We are seeking a skilled PAM Technical Specialist to join the Global Cyber Information Security team. The role focuses on implementing, integrating, and maintaining CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing security posture, ensuring governance, and enabling automated access provisioning across enterprise systems.
- - Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous support for CyberArk PAM, including health checks and queue management.
- Implement and manage CyberArk upgrades, including migration from On-Premises to Cloud.
- Lead SSH key onboarding and privileged access automation initiatives.
- Design and develop custom plugins/connectors for CyberArk integrations.
- Integrate CyberArk with multiple applications using Application Access Manager (AAM).
- Collaborate with application teams to enforce access governance and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise deliverables and define requirements.
- Apply agile methodologies to continuously improve PAM capabilities.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders for implementation and support of PAM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by identifying root causes and recommending solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 6–8 years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in CyberArk PAM.
- Strong experience in:
- CyberArk implementation, support, upgrade, and migration
- Password Vaulting & Session Management (PSM)
- CyberArk Plugin/Connector Development
- AAM integrations with enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with:
- Unix/Linux, Windows environments
- Oracle, SQL Server databases
- Experience in complex integrations across applications and platforms.
