Role & responsibilities

AVP will beresponsible for driving corporate strategy, business expansion, strategic partnerships, new market development, growth initiatives, and special projects.

Corporate Strategy & Growth

- Work directly with the Founder on company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term growth roadmaps.
- Identify emerging opportunities across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and life sciences.

Business Expansion

- Identify new states, territories, and geographies for expansion.
- Evaluate entry into current therapy areas and specialty segments.
- Support the launch of new business verticals and healthcare initiatives.

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

- Identify and develop partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare

providers, hospitals, research institutions, and technology companies.

- Lead discussions for licensing, distribution, co-marketing, and commercialization

opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy

- Monitor industry trends,



competitor activities, regulatory developments, and emerging

technologies.

- Develop strategic recommendations based on market intelligence.

Founders Office & Strategic Projects

- Drive execution of high-priority initiatives across departments.

Future Healthcare Initiatives

- Explore opportunities in AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
- Evaluate developments in precision medicine, genomics, specialty therapies, digital

health, and emerging healthcare technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate Profile

• MBA from a premier institution preferred.

• 8---15 years of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life

sciences, health-tech, corporate development, or growth roles.

• Experience working with leading pharmaceutical companies, consulting firms,

healthcare startups, or growth-stage businesse
