Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Consultant Gynecologist Obstetrician to join our growing healthcare team in Dadri, UP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier medical care related to pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health. The role involves handling both routine outpatient consultations and critical emergency obstetric/gynecological procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical OPD Care: Diagnose and treat a wide range of reproductive health issues, hormonal imbalances, infertility, and menopausal conditions.
- Obstetric Care: Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, conduct antenatal and postnatal check-ups, and provide counseling on family planning.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform emergency and elective surgeries including LSCS (C-sections), normal vaginal deliveries (NVD), hysterectomies, laparoscopy, and DC.
- Emergency Management: Promptly attend to obstetric emergencies and critical care cases in the labor room.
- Patient Counseling: Provide empathetic counseling to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, surgical risks, and preventative health.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the nursing staff, pediatricians,



and anesthetists to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications Skills

- Education: MD / MS / DNB / DGO in Obstetrics and Gynecology from a recognized medical college.
- Registration: Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or Uttar Pradesh Medical Council (UPMC).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in performing surgeries independently (especially LSCS and handling labor room emergencies).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, emotional resilience, and a patient-centric approach.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi is highly desirable to communicate effectively with the local patient demographic.
